Join our Customer Delivery Services (CDS) team which is responsible for implementation of our platform in the client's environment.
As a CDS Project Coordinator, you jointly work with the CDS Project manager(s) to deliver the Murex solution within a defined scope, in a timely manner, within a budget and with sustainable quality, as per client's expectations.
Project Coordinator's activities include:
-Define, implement and execute the delivery processes, methodologies (Agile- Scrum) and best practices on project
-Ensure and facilitate cross stream communication and team coordination including various internal actors: Client Services department , Product department and Project administration
-Lead one or several delivery activites on the projects in liaise with the Project Manager: Backlog monitoring, Sprint planning/deliveries, Drop deliveries, binary deliveries
-Analyze and consolidate project status reports and KPI's on Planning, budget, risks, issues, deliverables
-Contribute to project quality control and to client satisfaction defining, maintaining, and deploying Delivery Methodologies and Processes
3-5 years of experience on IT Project management and/or consulting activities on a delivery project,
Good understanding of project environment and delivery
Knowledge of planning and implementing technologies which use Agile development processes, such as SCRUM
Organized, rigorous, deadline focused, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork
Ability to take initiatives and seeing them through to their conclusion.
Fluent in English
Depending of the project mode, some travels may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients.
